Theatre & Performance

Theatre is where my story began.

_ASH2346.jpg

Before stepping into the world of business and organisational culture, my roots were in anthropological theatre-making, storytelling, and directing. For more than two decades, I have trained, researched, and created across continents,  blending ritual, identity, and hybrid performance forms into original work.

This artistic foundation continues to shape my current work, bringing storytelling and narrative inteligence to leaders and teams.

Why This Matters

Theatre continues to inform my wider practice. It is the laboratory where I learned about presence, resonance, ritual, and the embodied nature of story. Today, those insights fuel both my performance collaborations and my work with leaders, teams, and organisations.
